]]> (Persbericht) Op 31 oktober jl. heeft Jan-Willem van der Zwaan namens RENA/Bits2Power een gratis demo trolley aan prijswinnaar TDE Lighttech uit Diemen uitgereikt. TDE Lighttech dankt deze prijs aan zijn bezoek aan de stand van Bits2Power op Elektrotechniek 2011 in Utrecht.

In de week van 3 t/m 7 oktober jl. heeft RENA op de beurs Elektrotechniek 2011 in Utrecht Bits2Power aan de Nederlandse thuismarkt gepresenteerd. 5 dagen lang konden bezoekers en exposanten hun hart ophalen en indrukken krijgen van de nieuwste systemen, technologieën en producten uit de complete elektrotechnische branche. Zo ook TDE Lighttech , die erg geïnteresseerd is in het lichtbesturingssysteem en daarom een poging waagde om een gratis demo trolley te winnen.

En niet voor niets! Op een zonnige middag is Jan-Willem naar Diemen gereden om de demo trolley aan à©à©n van de eigenaren van TDE Lighttech uit te reiken. Donald van Rijswijck is erg enthousiast over Bits2Power. à¢â‚¬Å“Het was voor mij een jongensdroom om besturing en voeding over dezelfde draden te combineren. Dit systeem heb ik tot nu toe nog niet eerder gezien!à¢â‚¬.

Donald kan nu zelf Bits2Power uitproberen en demonstreren. Hij ziet er veel in om dit systeem toe te passen in de hotelsector en vergadercomplexen.

]]> (Persbericht) December 7th 2011 was the official presentation of the new lighting plan (specifically the town hall and the statue of Ambiorix) of Tongeren Market in Belgium. This lighting plan is partly created by the Vincent LEDline from Led a la Carte.

With the redevelopment of the ´Grote Markt‘˜ and its surrounding the Tongenaar (resident of Tongeren) was asked to participate in what will be ' the most beautiful square of the region '. The ´Grote Market‘˜ is after all the market for all inhabitants.

Last year a light council was installed. Together with the members of this light council a unique and atmospheric lighting plan was developed. This lighting plan was presented yesterday by mayor Patrick Dewael and a member of the local council.

In this lighting plan a combination of cool white and warm white Vincent LEDlines is used.

]]> (Persbericht) In the interest of safe and sufficient water the sewer pumping station at the Markendaalseweg in Breda is officially inaugurated on December 19th 2011. Havermans: Hielkema Architects created a design for the sewer pumping station in Breda, as part of the total new harbor project. The lighting plan has been designed by Atelier Lek and in this plan the Vincent LEDline from Led a la Carte is used. The technical installation was done by Imtech Building Services Zuid.

A whopping thousand kilometers of sewerage is laid out under Breda. The sewer pumping station boosts per hour about three million liters of waste water to a height and gravity does the rest. Architect Lode Havermans wanted a water curtain along the walls; to decorate but also to prevent graffiti. The architect has managed to bring the water back in the city on a wonderful way. And about the function he said: "the large and small showers will be discarded, so we keep dry feet."

In this lighting plan a special edition of the Vincent LEDline was developed because of the very wet environment.
